I have written about Tagaytay homes in an earlier post. In that post, I just mentioned Palm Crest, Royale Tagaytay Estates, Southridge Subdivision, and Villa Chiara Subdivision. It is obvious that my list of Tagaytay homes is incomplete because there are plenty of established subdivisions in Tagaytay City. There are also new subdivisions that are being developed in the city.

Here is another set of Tagaytay homes that you can check, if you are planning to buy a house, lot or house and lot in Tagaytay City.

1. Ashiyana Tagaytay

This Tagaytay home was developed by Anhawan Development Inc. and Royal Asia Multi-Properties. It is located along Tagaytay Mendez Road in Patutong Malaki North, Tagaytay City. One of the advantage of Ashiyana Tagaytay over other Tagaytay homes is that it is located near Jollibee and McDonalds, so you don't need to go far away just to eat your favorite McDo items or Langhap Sarap meals.

Ashiyana Tagaytay's amenities include a club house, playground and kids pool. Price of house and lot start from 2, 346, 000 Pesos for 120 sq m land area and 40 sq m floor area. Visit the Ashiyana website or contact telephone numbers 994-8103 and 352–2008 for more info.

2. Tagaytay Country Homes 2

Cityland is the real estate company that developed many Tagaytay homes. Aside from Tagaytay Country Homes 2, there is Tagaytay Country Homes 1 and Tagaytay Country Homes 3. This Tagaytay home is located Barangay Neogan, Tagaytay City. Tagaytay Country Homes 2 brags amenities like a basketball court, guarded entrance and multi-purpose hall with swimming pool.

People who want to own house and lot in Tagaytay Country Homes 2 can pay in installment for as low as 10,125 Pesos per month. Visit Cityland website for more info.

3. Monticello Subdivision

This Tagaytay home is located along Sta. Rita Drive, Barangay Kaybagal, Tagaytay City. Monticello Subdivision is not as developed as the first two Tagaytay homes. Thus, this subdivision is suitable for those who are looking for a place in Tagaytay City where they can build their dream house from scratch. Unfortunately, Monticello Subdivision has no website so buyers had to go to real estate agents just to get the information regarding the subdivision. I advice caution when dealing with real estate agents.

So, those are the three Tagaytay homes I gathered for this post. Watch out for more list that I will post on the next posts.
