McDo Birthday Party Price for 2019

My Little Daughter Samantha's 3rd birthday party is drawing near. My Beloved Wife Lei lamented that we are yet to give her a good party like the one we gave to My Little Son Samuel, whom celebrated his baptism Max's Restaurant.

Lei said that she wanted to hold Samantha’s birthday party in McDonalds. I am not sure if that McDo birthday party will push through but I still checked how much money must I shell out for that party.

These are my conditions when I did my computation for the cost of McDo Birthday Party:

1. Only 30 people in the party and that includes the members of my family and all the guests.

2. No additional party favors, giveaways or food.

3. I only chose from the 4 McDo party food mixes. DIY food mix is excluded.

The first step in preparing in McDo birthday party is “Selecting a Party Theme”. McDo have these available party themes:

I chose the Barbie theme since my daughter loves oink and cute things.

Choosing a McDo birthday party theme immediately costs 2,000 pesos. The fee includes the party theme and these party favors:

Party room

Full hosting

30 invitations

30 party hats

30 activity play mats

30 balloons

10 guest giveaways

Assorted game prizes

Gift for the birthday celebrant

McDonald's character appearance

The next step is choosing the birthday party flavors. McDo offers the following food mixes:

Food Mix 1 is composed of McSpaghetti, regular fries, sundae, and drink. Price is 125 pesos.

Food Mix 2 is composed of 1-piece chicken McDo with McSpaghetti, regular fries, sundae, and drink. Price is 195 pesos.

Food Mix 3 is composed of McSpaghetti, sundae, drink, and a Happy Meal toy. Price is 131 pesos.

Food Mix 4 is composed of 1-piece chicken McDo with McSpaghetti, sundae, drink, and a Happy Meal toy. Price is 208 pesos.

How Much is the McDo Birthday Party?

Based on the prices that I posted above, I can now compute how much money should I shell out if we do hold a birthday party for our daughter.

Let us recall that the McDo Party Fee is 2,000 pesos, Food Mix 1 is 125 pesos per person, Food Mix 2 is 195 pesos per person, Fod Mix 3 is 131 pesos per person, and Food Mix 4 is 208 pesos per person. The total number of attendee to ny daughter's birthday party is 30 persons.

If I choose McDo birthday party Food Mix 1:

Total party cost = 2,000 pesos + (125 pesos x 30) = 5,750 pesos

The total party cost if I choose Food Mix 1 is 5,750 pesos.

If I choose McDo birthday party Food Mix 2:

Total party cost = 2,000 pesos + (195 pesos x 30) = 7,850 pesos

The total party cost if I choose Food Mix 2 is 7,850 pesos.

If I choose McDo birthday party Food Mix 3:

Total party cost = 2,000 pesos + (131 pesos x 30) = 5,930 pesos

The total party cost if I choose Food Mix 3 is 5,930 pesos.

If I choose McDo birthday party Food Mix 4:

Total party cost = 2,000 pesos + (208 pesos x 30) = 8,240 pesos

The total party cost if  Ichoose Food Mix 4 is 8,240 pesos.

Therefore, the lowest amount I should shell out for a McDo birthday party is 5,750 pesos.

Newest McDo Birthday Party Brochure for 2019

McDonalds Philippines released the newest brochures for its McCelebrations or McDo party and it features my children's favorite train: Thomas and Friends. Barbie and Hot Wheels are also featured.

These three cartoon characters are the newest party themes for the McCelebrations Birthday Party.

Aside from these three party themes, McDo also has two McDo party themes, namely, Ronald and the Gang and Happy. The 5 McDonalds birthday party themes are at the back of the brochure.

The McDo birthday party brochure also listed the 4 Food Mixes,the McDo party perks, party favors, and the three easy steps in preparing the McDo party for your kids.

So, read if you're planning a birthday bash for your kids in McDo then I suggest that you get a McDo party brochure at the McDonalds branch nearest to you or talk to any of McDo crew.

BPI Credit Card Moving to eStatement

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Credit Card is now moving to eStatement or electronic statement.

BPI informed me of this move when the bank emailed me this message:

We would like to remind you that starting March 2019, you will be enrolled to our eStatement Facility for BPI Credit Cards and will no longer receive a printed Statement of Account. 

We will be sending your BPI Credit Card electronic Statement of Account (eStatement) to your email address registered in our records. 

Enjoy these benefits with eStatement: 

• On Time – Receive your monthly Statement of Account (SOA) faster.
• Convenient – Access and download your eStatements anytime, anywhere. We'll also inform you via SMS once we’ve sent your eStatement.
• Secure – The file is password-protected so your SOA details are kept confidential.
• Eco-Friendly – Help reduce paper waste and save our precious trees. 

We would also like to remind you to keep your contact information updated and ensure you have enough space in your mailbox so you can receive your eStatement.

I do not have any problem with this move by the BPI. In fact, I have been receiving eStatements for my Metrobank Credit Card and also for my phone bills from Sun Cellular.

I believe that eStatement is more convenient and will provide more timely delivery of BPI credit card bills to me.

Those that will have problem with this system are the senior citizens and the not-so-computer savvy clients of BPI. I do hope that the bank will give them option to continue receiving credit card statements through mail.
