How I Paid My MERALCO Bill Using the Grab App

There are now so many ways to pay utility bills. For MERALCO, I usually use BPI Online because it is easy and without any fee. However, for this month, I changed my payment mode since I still have unused funds in my Grab account.

This is how I paid my MERALCO bill using the Grab App:

1. Log in to your account in the Grab app and click “Pay your bills anywhere”.

2. Select the Biller. In my case, I selected Meralco

Aside from MERALCO, you can also pay your bills for other utility companies like Maynilad, Manila Water, Globe, Destiny Cable, Cignal TV, Cable Link. You can also load your Autosweep and Easytrip. Grab pay can also be used for paying for your passport application or renewal with the DFA. 

3. Enter the Customer Account Number (CAN) and the payment amount. Then click “Enter”

4. Confirm your MERALCO bill details. Click “Confirm” if there is no error.

5. Check the Payment Details if correct. Click “Pay” if there’s no error.

And that’s it! Grab will send your payment to MERALCO electronically.

The good thing with using the Grab app to pay MERALCO bills is that there is no “Administrative Fee.”

Because it was quick, easy and no additional fees; I will be using the Grab app again to pay for our MERALCO bills in the future.

Please note that Grab does not accept late payment of MERALCO bills. So make sure that you are paying your MERALCO bill on or before the due date.

Jollibee Party Package 2022: Virtual Party

Meetings, classes, concerts - these are some of the events that were forced by the pandemic to go virtual. Sadly, another event that went virtual is the Jollibee party.

Jollibee, in response to the threat of COVID-19, stopped offering Jollibee parties in their stores. Kids are no longer allowed to personally meet Jollibee and friends. They can only meet Jollibee online through the Jollibee Virtual Party.

The Jollibee Virtual Party allows kids to celebrate their birthday with their friends up to 20 homes. Here are the Jollibee Virtual Party Packages for 2022.

Jollibee Virtual Party Packages

1. Jollibee Virtual Party Package 1: Party for 5 Homes

This party package is for 5 homes or houses and costs 767 pesos per head or 11,500 pesos for 15 persons.

This package includes Jollibee food for each home, party decorations, gift for the birthday celebrant, and one hour-long online program.

2. Jollibee Virtual Party Package 1: Party for 10 Homes

This party package is for 10 homes or houses and costs 550 pesos per head or 16,500 pesos for 30 persons.

This package includes Jollibee food for each home, party decorations, gift for the birthday celebrant, and one hour-long online program.

3. Jollibee Virtual Party Package 1: Party for 20 Homes

This party package is for 20 homes or houses and costs 442 pesos per head or 26,500 pesos for 60 persons.

This package includes Jollibee food for each home, party decorations, gift for the birthday celebrant, and one hour-long online program.

Jollibee Virtual Party Food Packages

Here are the available Food Packages for the Jollibee Virtual Party:

1. Solo Meal A

This Jollibee Virtual Party food package has 1-piece Chickenjoy with rice, Jolly Spaghetti,  fries, peach mango pie, and drink.

2. Solo Meal B

This Jollibee Virtual Party food package has 1-piece Chickenjoy with Jolly Spaghetti, fries, peach mango pie, and drink.

3. Family Meal A

This Jollibee Virtual Party food package has a 6-piece Chickenjoy Bucket with Jolly Spaghetti Family Pan.

4. Family Meal B

This Jollibee Virtual Party food package has a 6-piece Chickenjoy Bucket with Jolly Spaghetti, rice, and drinks.

Note that you can only choose one party food package. For example, if you choose Solo Meal A then all homes will receive Solo Meal A.

For Solo Meals, each home will receive 3 meal sets. For Family Meals, each home will receive 1 meal set only.

4. Funko Pop Jollibee on Delivery Bike - 730 pesos per piece

NOTE: Jollibee Virtual Party is only good if you have good internet connection. If your internet connections always lags or slow then Jollibee Virtual Party will be a disappointment to your kid.

Who are the Jollibee Characters?

Jollibee is the most loved mascot of Jollibee fast food restaurant. He is red and he is always jolly.

However, aside from the jolly bee, there are other mascots or characters of Jollibee (the restaurant) and they are all featured in the new Jollibee toy Jollibots.

The Jollibee characters or mascot are:

1. Jollibee

The jolly bee. He is the bida bida of the Jolly crew. Filipino kids get excited whenever his mascot appear during birthday parties. Mas silat pa siya sa kahit sinong Pilipinong artista.

Jollibot Jollibee is riding in the Chickenjoy bucket.

2. Mr. Yum

This is the Jollibee character or mascot that reminds us of the yumminess of the Jollibee Yum Burger.

3. Hetti

Hetti is that Jollibee character who has cooked spaghetti strands as hair. Jollibot Hetti rides inside the Jolly Spaghetti box.

4. Popo

If Hetti has spaghetti for her hair, then Popo has French fries on his head. I am not sure which of the two always has a bad hair day.

5. Twirlie

Twirlie is the Jollibee character who loves sundae so much that her hair turned into chocolate ice cream. 

Jollbot Twirlie rides in the cup if Sundae Twirl.

These are the Jollibee characters in their Jollibot form. Who are their enemies? Probably is Mcdonalds and the gang.

P.S. Do you know that there are forgotten Jollibee character? Their name is Chickee and Champ. Chickee is a chicken while Champ is a burger.

Some Jollibee restaurants have seats in the form of Chickee in the past. Jollibee removed her from the cast and maybe turned her into cooked chicken joy.
