My Beloved Wife was amazed she first saw a four-wheel NWOW ebike. This electric vehicle (e-vehicle) looks like a mini-car with four (4) wheels and a steering wheel.

I was so amazed by this 4-wheel ebike that I decided to buy this or similar model when we decided to replace our Kuda New Wolf Ebike.

Nwow actually has two models of 4-wheel ebike and they are NWOW EMC-Golf and NWOW EMC-Golf 2.

Let us look at these two NWOW models, particularly their specs and price one-by-one.

The answer for this question depends on your budget and the specs that you are looking for.

If you don’t have enough money, then NWOW EMC-Golf will be the best for you.

If money is not an issue, then you should go with NWOW EMC-Golf 2 since it has stronger power, longer range, and can reach higher speeds compared to NWOW EMC-Golf 2.

Product Review: Fujidenzo Inverter Refrigerator (INR-83HS)

We just recently said goodbye to our almost-10 years one-door Condura Refrigerator. We decided to give it away because of the weekly thick ice build up in the freezer. It was such a hassle to defrost and clean that fridge every week.

Our new fridge is the two-door Fujidenzo Inverter Refrigerator (INR-83HS).

We chose a two-door fridge to separate the freezer from the rest of the fridge. The reason for this is that we can clean the freezer and other compartments of the fridge separately.

Our Fujidenzo Inverter Refrigerator boasts of a “no frost freezer”, which means that there will be no ice build up in the freezer. Our new Fujidenzo fridge is taller and has more space than our old Condura fridge.

Fujidenzo Inverter Refrigerator Review

The “no frost” feature of our Fujidenzo Inverter Refrigerator really works. There is no ice build up, thus there is no need to defrost our fridge every week. This less hassle and chore for us.

The other compartment of the Fujidenzo fridge functions the same as other fridge models and brands out there in the market.

Fujidenzo claims that our new Inverter Refrigerator is more energy efficient than our old Condura fridge. I am not sure if it is true since I cannot quantify its impact on our monthly electric bill.

We bought our Fujidenzo Inverter Refrigerator fridge for 19,000 pesos full cash payment. We purchased it from an appliance store and had it delivered to our home. I am OK with the price of this fridge.

We are happy with our Fujidenzo fridge. It saves us time and effort because there is no need to defrost the ice build up every week.

Our main and only complaint with our Fujidenzo fridge is the lack of door handle that made it very difficult for us to open the fridge door.

Malabanan Sipsip Poso Negro Review

Malabanan is synonymous with “sipsip poso negro”. These two terms stick to the point that Filipinos will search for Malabanan whenever they have a septic tank problem.

That’s why when our toilet bowl was clogged I also called Malabanan for help twice. Sadly, our experience with them was very bad as if we were being scammed.

Our Malabanan Sipsip Posonegro Experience

We first contacted Malabanan about a year ago. They opened the septic tank and sucked out something in less than 15 minutes. They insisted that they will dive into the septic tank by adding 10,000 pesos to the fee. We did not take their offer so they just left.

What we didn’t know back then was that Malabanan did not remove the filter of the septic tank so they did not really suck any poop or clog in the tank. They just robbed us of 5,000 pesos.

The clog persisted and we had a hard time flushing our toilet bowl even though I poured liters and liters of liquid sosa and muriatic acid.

I decided to open the septic tank on our own. That’s when we discovered the filter and the trick of the previous Malabanan crew.

We removed the filter and saw that the septic is already full of decayed poo. I had no other choice but to call another sipsip poso negro company. We agreed for a payment of 3,500 pesos for the sipsip poso negro service.

It is the previous Malabanan crew that came much to our disappointment. This Malabanan crew were visibly disappointed when they saw that the septic is already open and the filter already removed.

They started sucking the waste but suddenly stopped midway claiming that their machine can no longer suck the mud. They insist on diving in the tank for an additional fee of 10,000 pesos. The Malabanan crew is acting unprofessionally by that point and intimidating us. We stood our ground. My father inspected their machine and discovered that they turned it off that’s why it can no longer suck the waste and mud inside the septic tank.

Angry at discovering their trick, the Malabanan crew switched on their machine, sucked the remaining contents of the tank, and then left like a band of sore losers.

Our Verdict on Malabanan’s Sipsip Poso Negro Service

Malabanan’s sipsip poso negro service is terrible. Their crew are very unprofessional. They also resort to petty tricks just to scam their customers. I will never trust Malabanan ever again and will look for a company that can provide good sipsip poso negro service.

Paano Linisin ang Iyong Window-type Aircon? (Do-it-Yourself Cleaning)

Summer ngayon at talaga namang nakakrindi ang init! Kaya naman marami nang Pinoy ang gumagamit na ng aircon para makatulog nang mahimbing sa gabi.

Ang isang problema lang sa aircon ay ang naiipong alikabok at dumi sa filter nito. Ang resulta ay pagyeyelo ng aircon na pumipigil sa pagpapalamig ng kwarto.

Isang gabi ay nagyelo ang aircon namin at di na gumana. Nagkontak ako ng technician para maglinis ng aircon pero dahil sa busy sila ay mapupuntahan lang nila kami after three (3) days. At dahil dyan napilitan ako na mismo maglinis ng aming aircon.

Para sa inyong impormasyon, ang aking aircon ay window-type Panasonic aircon.

So paano ko nilinis ang aming aircon? Simple lang at heto ang step-by-step na proses ng do-it-yourself (DIY) na paglilinis ng aircon.

DIY na Paglilinis ng Aircon

1. Ihanda ang iyong mga gagamitin tulad ng hose, sprayer na halo ng tubig at detergent. Ang aking ginamit ay liquid dishwashing detergent.

2. Alisin ang cover ng aircon at ibalot ng plastik ang mga wirings at electrical components.

3. Tirahin ng tubig ang filter at coil gamit ang hose. Ang purpose nito ay para maalis ang kumapit na alikabok sa aircon. Tirahin din ng tubig ang fan at iba pang parte ng aircon upong maalis ang alikabok at lumot.

4. I-spray ang detergent mixture sa filter at coil. Siguruhin na ang buong filter at coil ay ma-spray. Hayaang nakakabad sa detergent mixture ang filter at coil nang 30 minutes upang makatulong sa pagtanggal ng pagkakapit ng namuong alikabok sa aircon.

5. Tirahin uli nang tubig ang filter at coil upang mabanlawan at maalis ang detergent mixture. Siguruhin na tuluyang mabanlawan ang sabon.

6. Patuyuin ang aircon at punasan ng tuyong basahan ang extrang tubig.

7. Ibalik ang ang electrical components at switch ng aircon. Ibalik na din ang cover, housing at filter ng aircon.

8. Ibalik mo na uli ang aircon sa kanyang lagayan sa iyong kwarto.

9. Paandarin ang aircon upang ma-test kung gumagana at maglalabas ng malamig na hangin.

At yan ang 9 na easy steps sa paglilinis ng aircon.

Mga Paalala sa Paglilinis ng Aircon

Heto ang dapat mong tandaan upang maging success ang DIY na paglilinis mo:

1. Siguruhing kayang buhatin ang aircon. Magpatulong sa mga kasama sa bahay kung hindi kaya ang bigat.

2. Huwag gumamit ng suka o acidic na kemikal na corrosive sa mga metal parts ng aircon.

3. Huwag gumamit ng bleach o kemikal na may matapang na amoy na makaapekto sa ilalabas na hangin ng aircon.

4. I-check kung may tagas ang mga tubo ng aircon. Kung meron ay kailangan mo nang ipatingin sa technician ang iyong aircon.

PUPCET is one of the most competitive college entrance exams in the country due to the sheer number of examinees. Thousands of senior high school graduates take the PUPCET every year for a chance to study in a reputable national state college.

If you are one of those interested in taking the PUPCET this 2024 then I suggest that you read the PUPCET requirements and the schedules of applications, as well as, the exams in various campuses of PUP.

PUPCET Requirements

To apply for PUPCET, the following requirements must be submitted online in JPEG format (,jpg or .jpeg) with file size not exceeding 300 kilobytes (kb):

1. Grade 11 Report Card that clearly shows your complete name, learner reference number (LRN), and the general weighted average (GWA) for first and second semesters.

2. 2 by 2-colored picture or photo with name tag. Note that your photo should look like this:

It is a new year! This means that we are expecting your kid’s upcoming birthday for this year. Well, it is not too early to plan your birthday bash for your son or daughter. So, to help you in your planning the birthday party please read the recent info on Mcdo birthday party for 2024.

The McDo Party food packages, also known as Food Mix, for 2024 is the same as in 2023. What changed is the price because McDo increased their prices.

Here are the McDo Party food packages:

1. Food Mix 1

Food Mix 1 is composed of the following: McSpaghetti, regular fries, Sundae, and Drink.

This Food Mix now costs 190 pesos, which is up from the previous price of 178 pesos.

2. Food Mix 2

Food Mix 2 is composed of the following: 1-piece Chicken McDo with McSpaghetti, regular fries, Sundae and Drink

This Food Mix now costs 295 pesos, which is up from the previous price of 285 pesos.

3. Food Mix 3

Food Mix 3 is composed of the following: McSpaghetti, Sundae, Drink, and 1 Happy Meal toy.

This Food Mix now costs 170 pesos, which is up from the previous price of 168 pesos.

4. Food Mix 4

Food Mix 4 is composed of the following: 1-piece Chicken McDo with McSpaghetti, Sundae, Drink, and 1 Happy Meal toy.

This Food Mix now costs 290 pesos, which is up from the previous price of 278 pesos.

Food Mix 1 and 2 are for adults while Food Mix 3 and 4 are for kids. It is sad to see that McDo party food packages are getting more and more expensive. Inflation is truly terrible.

The Cocomelon Party Theme is still available according to McDonald’s website.

Aside from Cocomelon, other McDo party themes are Happy Party Theme, Barbie Party Theme, Thomas and Friends Party Theme, and Hot Wheels Party Theme.

The party fee for McDo party for 2024 is still pegged at 2,500 pesos. The party covers the following:

Decorated party room, full hosting by McDonalds crew, 10 giveaways for the guests, game prizes, and free gift for the birthday celebrant. The party fee also provides 30 pieces of the following items: invitations, party hats, activity traymats, and balloons.

You may of course request for additional items but you have to pay an additional fee

How Much is McDo Party for 50 persons

Here is the sample computation for the cheapest McDo party:

Party fee = 2,500 pesos

Food Mix 3 = 170 pesos x 50 persons = 8,500 pesos

TOTAL = 11,000 pesos

According to the above computation, the McDo party for 2024 that have the least cost for 50 persons is 11,000 pesos with Food Mix 3 as the McDo food package.

Online NBI Clearance Renewal: the Fastest Way in getting your NBI Clearance

There was one time when I was required to immediately submit an NBI Clearance. I was thinking back then that it was impossible for me to get an NBI Clearance because of the usual process of booking a schedule at the NBI website, the very long lines during biometrics, and the fact that my name always has a "hit".

The most problematic for me is my name having a "hit" - which means that there is a criminal or a suspected criminal having the same name as me. The result of this is that the release of my NBI clearance is extended by at least one week because the NBI will check their records.

The good news for me is that NBI now has a very fast way for renewing an NBI Clearance. I actually got my new NBI clearance within the day!

Requirements for fast NBI Clearance renewal

The following are the requirements or the important things that you should have so that you can avail of the very fast NBI clearance renewal:

1. NBI clearance number of your old NBI clearance
2. Valid government issued ID

You do not need to have an NBI Online account to renew your NBI clearance. It is less hassle than when obtaining a new NBI clearance. The way that I will show you can be done at the home page of the NBI Clearance Online. 

Step-by-step process for very fast NBI Clearance renewal

1. Go to the NBI clearance online website and look for the "NBI Clearance Online Renewal" and click the "CLICK HERE" button.

2. Input your old NBI clearance ID number, mobile number, your name, and birth date then click the "Verify" button.

3. Select the verification options. You can choose from one of the following: Mother's information, Mobile No. used during registration, and Email address used during registration.

I selected “mobile no. used during registration” and then I input my mobile number then clicked the “Verify” button.

4. The next step is selecting if you want to pick-up your NBI Clearance or have it delivered through door-to-door delivery. I selected pick-up since door-to-door delivery has additional delivery fees plus may take more than one day. I wanted my NBI Clearance to be released within the day. Click “Continue to payment” once you choose the method that you want.

Take note that the pick-up option is only available at NBI Clearance Center, UN Avenue, Manila.

5. The next step is selecting the payment option. I chose to pay at 7-Eleven since it is the most convenient for me. The NBI clearance fee is 130 pesos while the convenience at 7-Eleven is 30 pesos. In total, I paid 160 pesos for the renewal of my NBI Clearance.

6. The last step is picking up the NBI clearance.

I got my NBI Clearance very quickly. I applied for the renewal of my NBI Clearance online in the morning and I got my NBI Clearance in the afternoon. It is very quick and convenient! I can say that NBI Clearance has the best online system compared to other government agencies.

Food Mix 1 now costs 178 pesos per person (up from the previous price of 160 pesos). This food mix or food package is composed of the following:

• McSpaghetti
• Regular fries
• Sundae
• Drink

2. Food Mix 2

Food Mix 2 now costs 285 pesos per person (up from the previous price of 257 pesos). This food mix or food package is composed of the following:

• 1-piece Chicken McDo with McSpaghetti
• Regular fries
• Sundae
• Drink

3. Food Mix 3

Food Mix 3 now costs 168 pesos per person (up from the previous price of 141 pesos). This food mix or food package is composed of the following:

• McSpaghetti
• Sundae
• Drink
• 1 Happy Meal toy

4. Food Mix 4

Food Mix 4 now costs 278 pesos per person (up from the previous price of 244 pesos). This food mix or food package is composed of the following:

• 1-piece Chicken McDo with McSpaghetti
• Sundae
• Drink
• 1 Happy Meal toy

Mcdo allows additional food to the Food Mix such as McDo cheeseburger and apple pie.

 

Please note that the price of the food package and party fee is subject to change. There may also be differences on the prices depending on the McDo branch where you will be holding the party.

Last year, I posted a review of our newly-purchased Kuda New Wolf. After more than one year of driving it, I can say that I am satisfied with it. I was able to bring it to the market, which is about two towns away. We use it every Sunday when attending mass. Now we are using our Kuda New Wolf Ebike to bring our kids to school.
